We are happy to present our Tenth store in Mexico, in Andamar Lifestyle Center, Boca del Río, Veracruz.

This new shopping center has a lot to offer as it is located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the city next to the sea. This Shopping Center was designed by the renowned Mexican architect Javier Sordo Madaleno with the aim of bringing to the city the luxury and lifestyle of any world-class shopping center.

With the innovative design that characterizes Grupo Sordo Madaleno, Andamar Lifestyle Center consists of three commercial levels, as well as four levels of underground parking. The main commercial promenade, which is U-shaped, provides the user with large living spaces, restaurants, fountains, tropical vegetation and terraces, all adorned with frequent sea views.

This mixed-use real estate development is located on Ruiz Cortines Boulevard, which in turn represents one of the northern access roads to the city of Veracruz. It is noteworthy that El Palacio de Hierro, the best department store in Mexico, will occupy 25,000 m2 of the total area of the shopping center.

Under the Lifestyle Center concept, the project integrates large office spaces, a shopping center with restaurants and 11 movie theaters, as well as four levels of parking, with 1,481 spaces. In addition to this, the building has its own wastewater treatment plant and only uses an LED beam to ensure the highest level of sustainability possible, aligned with the axes of action of the ecological state.
