NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CHANGES

For us it is a priority that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept the product for exchange within the first 10 days from the delivery date. You can choose one of the following options:

  1. Exchange the item for another available item,
  2. Receive a credit for the amount you paid for the item, this credit can be used on future purchases through our website.

We do not refund currency.

Exchanges or returns are not accepted on end-of-season discounted pieces. Discounts only apply to online purchases.

It is important that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered, preserving the original packaging and labeling. Please note that used merchandise will not be accepted unless it has a manufacturing defect. Some restrictions may apply.

Items purchased on our website cannot be exchanged in physical stores, except for some previously authorized exceptions.

Special orders are personalized products, therefore, they will not be accepted for exchanges.

Due to the artisanal process carried out in each of our pieces, it is possible that some of the colors or shapes may vary slightly in relation to the images shown on our website. Each piece is made by hand and with unique natural materials, therefore, no single piece is exactly the same as another.

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE A CHANGE

Send change request to info@corso.mx with the following points:

  1. The order number that appears on your order
  2. Reason why you want to make the change
  3. The item you want to exchange

Once the return of the item is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid FedEx guide to the email registered in the purchase and you must follow the following steps:

Print the guides (in case of international shipments, also print the proforma invoice sheets that are attached to the file).

Pack the items with their original packaging and labeling.

Go to the nearest FedEx delivery point, deliver the pre-paid guides and verify that the package is sent completely closed.

Once we receive the package, the returned items will be carefully examined. Once we verify that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed to make the requested change.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping is free throughout the Mexican Republic.

Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. In extended areas, delivery time may be 4-8 business days.

You will receive notifications to the email you provided when you made your purchase with the tracking number of your order and the status of your shipment.

Shipping for the first change will be free and from the second the shipping costs must be paid by the customer. (For more information regarding exchanges, visit our exchanges and returns section).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

If you have questions about our international shipping coverage, as well as shipping rates, contact us through our email info@corso.mx or through one of our official social networks.

Shipping costs are previously established and vary depending on the buyer's country of origin. Shipping cost is indicated on the checkout screen at checkout.

Customs taxes vary depending on the country of origin of the purchase and will not be covered by Corso, therefore, we are not responsible for the collection of said tax.

PURCHASE CHANGES IN BRANCHES

We will not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased in physical stores or with official distributors. Any issue related to products purchased in any of these establishments must be resolved by the same.

CANCEL AN ORDER

You can cancel any order as long as the order status is "In Process". If the order is in "Sent" status, cancellation cannot be made.
