WHY IS THE SHINE OF METAL OR SHEET FADING?

Most of our pieces are gold or rhodium plated. This veneer, like any other metal coating, can fade over time due to exposure to various natural factors, including the PH or oils found in each individual's skin. In our Care and Repairs section you will find some recommendations to prevent this from happening and to properly preserve your jewelry.

WARRANTY

All parts have a 2-month warranty from the delivery date. Any part will be repaired for manufacturing defects. We will not be responsible for misuse of jewelry. If you want to know how to properly care for your jewelry, we invite you to visit our Care and Repairs section.
