At Corso, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we accept exchanges within the first 30 days from the delivery date. We do not offer refunds or returns.
Available Options:
- Exchange the item for another available product.
- Receive a store credit for the amount paid, which can be used for future purchases on our website. (Available only for 1 year after your purchase)
Terms and Conditions:
- Exchanges and returns are not accepted for:
- End-of-season discounted items.
- Special or customized orders.
- Requirements for exchanges:
- The product must be in its original condition, with intact packaging and tags.
- Used merchandise will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Items purchased on our website cannot be exchanged at physical stores unless prior authorization is provided.
- Exceptions: Discounts apply exclusively to online purchases.
Note: Due to our artisanal process, pieces may present slight variations in color or shape compared to the images on the website. Each item is unique, handcrafted with natural materials.
Instructions to Make an Exchange
- Send an email to info@corso.mx with the following information:
- Order number.
- Reason for the exchange.
- Item you wish to exchange it for.
- Once your request is approved:
- You will receive a prepaid FedEx label by email (for international shipments, proforma invoice forms will be attached).
- Follow these steps:
- Print the provided shipping labels.
- Pack the items in their original packaging with intact tags.
- Go to the nearest FedEx drop-off location, deliver the package with the labels, and ensure it is securely sealed.
- Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the items. If they are in perfect condition, we will proceed with the requested exchange.
