Welcome to Corso's website. Please carefully read the following Terms of Sale before making a purchase on our online store. By purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms and conditions.
These terms may be updated periodically. If we make changes, we will publish the modified version on the site and update the "Last Updated" date.
We recommend reviewing this section before making any purchase.
1. Availability and Prices
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.
- We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that the colors on your screen are 100% accurate.
- Prices are displayed in Mexican pesos and include only the product value, excluding shipping costs and customs duties. You can switch currencies using the menu in the upper-right corner of our website.
2. Payments
- We accept payments via PayPal and credit or debit cards.
- By providing your payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and authorize us to process the full amount of your order (including shipping and applicable taxes).
- If the payment method is invalid or unverifiable, your order may be canceled. You can update your payment information by logging into your account.
Payment Security
- If you use a direct payment portal, Shopify will store your credit card data encrypted under PCI-DSS standards. These data are deleted once the transaction is complete.
- All payment portals comply with the PCI Security Standards Council to ensure the safety of your information.
3. Copyright
All site content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Corso and is protected under Mexican copyright laws.
Copying or printing materials is allowed solely for placing an order. Reproduction, distribution, or display without our consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days, with exceptions of 4-8 business days for extended zones.
- If an item is unavailable, a representative will contact you.
5. Taxes
- Customs duties vary by country and will not be covered by Corso. You are responsible for any additional costs related to customs taxes.
6. Exchanges and Repairs
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within the first 30 days from the delivery date. You can choose between:
- Exchanging the item for another available product.
- Receiving a store credit for the paid amount, usable for future purchases.
Conditions:
- Exchanges and returns are not accepted for discounted products or customized orders.
- The product must be in its original condition, with intact packaging and tags.
- Items purchased online cannot be exchanged at physical stores unless prior authorization is provided.
Instructions for Exchanges:
- Send an email to info@corso.mx with:
- Order number.
- Reason for the exchange.
- Item you wish to exchange it for.
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid FedEx shipping label.
- Pack the items in their original packaging, attach the labels, and drop the package off at the nearest FedEx location.
The items will be inspected, and if they are in perfect condition, we will proceed with the exchange.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled as long as they are marked "In Process."
- If the order is already "Shipped," it cannot be canceled.
