Spanish Real, Philip V 1700–1746 A.D.

Philip V, the first Bourbon monarch of Spain, reigned from 1700 to 1746 following the War of the Spanish Succession. These colonial silver coins, known as cobs, were crudely struck from metal fragments to allow for rapid production and circulation throughout the Spanish Empire. Each piece features a unique shape, reflecting both its manufacturing process and historical significance.

Because these coins were exposed to ocean debris and marine elements during their time underwater, they require special care to maintain their luster and preserve their appearance.
